Customer Reviews
so happy with just russel!
anyone else loving Just Russel? i grabbed some compléments alimentaires pour articulations for my older dog and i'm really impressed! the codes are great for new subscribers and it's easy to use at checkout after setting up pet profiles. definitely shopping here again and telling my friends!
Always reliable pet food
This is my third order from Just Russel, and they're consistently good. I always get the 'croquettes sans céréales' for my cat. The delivery schedule is flexible, which helps since my cat is picky sometimes. Never had an issue with late shipments or incorrect items. They've been very reliable compared to other services I've tried in the past, where I'd sometimes get the wrong flavor or an old batch. It's why I keep coming back.
Good value for a custom diet
I was looking for something specific for my senior cat, so I decided to try their 'croquettes pour chats seniors'. I got 50% off my first order, which made it a really good deal to test out. The price per month afterward seems fair for customized food. It arrived fairly quickly, maybe 6 days to get to my place. My cat seems to like it, and I feel good knowing it's tailored for her. Definitely worth the purchase if you're looking for specialized food without breaking the bank.
My puppy loves it
Got the 'alimentation personnalisée pour chiot' for my little guy. He's a picky eater, but he really dug into these. The website asked a bunch of questions about him, which felt pretty thorough. Delivery took about a week, I think. Everything just worked out fine, no fuss. Happy puppy, happy me!
Good quality, fast delivery
I ordered the 'croquettes sur mesure pour chien' for my golden retriever. The customization process was straightforward, asking about his age, activity level, and any sensitivities. The bag arrived in 4 days, which was quicker than I expected for a personalized product. The kibble itself seems high quality; my dog's coat looks shinier, and he's had no digestive issues since we switched. Support responded to my question about portion size within a day. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish.
Decent food, slow initial setup
I tried the 'croquettes hypoallergéniques' for my terrier who has some skin issues. The food itself seems good, and he's scratching a bit less now. However, setting up the initial profile and understanding the subscription model on the website took a bit longer than I anticipated. It wasn't super intuitive. Once I got past that, though, the recurring orders have been smooth. Delivery was on time, and the packaging was robust. A decent option for special dietary needs, but they could improve the user interface for new customers.

thinking of trying this for my dog with allergies. are their hypo-allergenic options actually good? or is it just marketing hype?
hey, anyone know if they do samples? my cat is super picky and i don't wanna commit to a whole bag if she hates it.
